Meet Mike and Karen Britten
Pasion Transportation Service was founded by husband-and-wife team Michael and Karen Britten. They started the company for a personal reason — they know how important it is to have a safe, reliable, and compassionate ride you can count on.
Michael is a U.S. Navy veteran with over 20 years of service and more than seven years of hands-on caregiving experience. That background shaped the way he runs the business: with discipline, reliability, and a commitment to putting people first.
Karen brings more than 15 years of experience caring for seniors and individuals with diverse medical and mobility needs through her work in adult foster care. Her compassion and understanding are at the heart of how Pasion treats every passenger.
Together, Mike and Karen have built a transportation service grounded in dignity, patience, and aloha.
